You can feel safe when you order from our webshop. WaltsonsTec™ never has access your personal data and bank information because the amount is withdrawn from your bank account via a transaction number. The amount due will be withdrawn from your account as soon as we have shipped your order.


When it comes to relieving pain, there’s no time to wait. WaltsonsTec™ strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order, we will ship it on the next business day. You will be advised on any delays in the shipping process via our website.

We normally ship within 10-20 business days (Due to the Epidemic ). Each pack has a unique tracking number and is shipped via yanwen Express, Yuntu Express, Royal Mail.

within 20 days of receipt. WaltsonsTec™  insoles must be returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and state your bank account details. You are liable to cover the cost of returning
